Nothing special here, just a half rack of ribs smothered in Memphis Dust on the smoker and a small basket of fries to follow for a late Easter dinner.

I'm back on my normal work schedule now that I'm recovered from my elbow surgery.

Nice.

I was wondering how that was going. Wasn't that your shifting elbow?
Yes. The arm and fingers stopped going numb for the most part. Still does if I set it on the arm rest or counter. The doctor said 14-20 months for the nerve to completely regenerate and reset itself. It it is night and day difference compared to before the surgery.

Good to hear. Wishing you the best for full recovery.

All looks mighty tasty… ribs and fries… Yum! Love me some ribs and as a SE ID boy born and raised… the love of spuds is just natural! 😊

Nicely done! And glad you’re feeling better too… makes a meal a bit tastier when you’re not in as much pain.
