Hi everyone.  I have smoked ribs a few times and a chicken or two but not experienced by any means.  I have a Landmann 3895GWLA on order and it will be here Tuesday.  I can't wait to get started!  I am going to smoke a pork butt and some baked beans next weekend.

There is some great information here and I look forward to learning and improving along the way.
