Early turkey for football!

  1. Brined in a Cajun brine for 14 hours out of the brine and rubbed down with a Cajun rub
    Put on the smoker and now cooking. This is two hours in with oak and a little maple
    still cooking will post more soon!

  2. finished product literally took it off the grill and it started raining could not have had better timing :)
