Hey guys I am Ken I live in Western NY. I have been watching my dad smoke for a while now and won a smoker at a raffle. The smoker is a dyna-glo offset smoker. I’m used to a propane smoker so this is totally new to me. Plan to burn it off tonight and give her a go on Saturday
