Dutch's chuckie on the mini wsm

    Yesterday I smoked a 3 pound chuck roast on my mini wsm. I rubbed the roast down with Worchestershire sauce and Montreal Steak Seasoning.

    After 2 1/2 hours it hit 158* and off it came.
    Sliced and ready to serve.

    I gotta try a chuck in the smoker!  Keep looking at them at the Store...and just haven't gotten one yet. Looks wonderful.
