Hello Folks,

I'm going home for the weekend to see the family and celebrate the 4th. My brother is going to do pork loins and chickens on his UDS I am for sure going to do some ABTs with cream cheese, sausage, green onion, cheddar, parmesan wrapped in bacon then put the same filling in some baby bellas just to keep it simple. I was thinking of putting them on the top rack in Blue (my homemade UDS) and then try a pan of Dutch's beans below them to catch all the bacon grease. My question is, how many people will a single batch feed? Also, I will leave out the japs due to a few folks not liking the heat, but will the mustard give it enough good heat or will it still make it too spicy? Any info is much appreciated as well as ideas on anything else I can cook.

I do the Dutch beans and just switched bell peppers for the japs because of same reason and my wife who can't eat spicy foods can eat them so just leave out the japs and your fine
