Hello SMF-ers,

Lets get started with my introduction with a popular quote:

Okay, now drop the wealth....

For real now: My name is Roel "OsFa" Duysserinck, 37yo, engaged, father of a 3yo lill' smoker dude and since 11 mnth and 22 days addicted to my weber master touch (it was a xmas present and kicked of new years day with some burgers as breakfast :D)

Here in the Netherlands most of the people bbq in a manor what you would call grillin/broiling. I like to do it all: grillin, broiling, smoking (hot and cold)... I go from high and fast to low and slow. Whatever is needed to prepare another meal outdoor.

In less then a year my gear went from a MasterTouch and a spatula to a whole lot of bbq related stuff. Just to pick some worth mentioning:
