We picked up some quilts for a charity and stopped at an Asian market on the way home.
We had not planned on having crab for dinner, but and the Dungeness crab was $9.99 pound. They were lively and large, and, this is really strange for a 99Ranch on a Friday afternoon, there were no customers in the fish area. The guys in back were standing around chatting. Anyway.................Three crab weighed in at 6 pounds. $60 worth. Ouch!
Brought them home and boiled them up.
Took some three-seed bread out of the freezer and toasted it lightly. Added a tossed salad, with a house-made Thousand Island dressing.
And..................Sauvingnon Blanc
