Dang Gypsy, now you really got me hungry. They look good, what ya got in the mexican omelette one? {smacking my lips waiting for an answer}

OH NO!!!! Usually they never make it past the end of the smoke. You know, "I'll just taste a little now" and beforew you know it It's GONE!! Just like ABT'S...... GONE

rotels,mushrooms,jalepenos,pepperjack cheese,&sharp cheddar.(i forgot to wrap in bacon).
usually i do a 2lb roll to get all that stuff in it and ya better do more than 1 if ya want any for yourself lol.

You can stuff a Fatty with whatever you want!
So no it's not really a breakfast item.

Use the search link and you will find some different recipies.

They are good anytime of the day, any way you prepare them.

Before I started smokin, I would make patties out of the stuff and pan fry it..............Not any more, it's into the smoke from now on.

You will love it

BTW there are no dumb questions on here!!!!!

Fattys are da bomb! They always take up whatever left over space I have in my smoker. A straight Jimmy Dean or John Morrell rolled in rub and bacon (or not), stuffed (or not). A straight chubb left to cool and broken into chunks can be added to anything from sausage gravy for biscuits to spaghetti sauce for an added smoke flavor. I have used it in many things with good results. Even my pork shunning wife has said it is one of the best things to come out of my smoker. Fattys are a must addition anytime your smoking anything. The price is right too.

Tailgate...I did my first fatties a few weeks ago. Went simple at first. Bob Evans regular. Did two of them: one rolled in Jeff's rub and the other plain. I never knew this stuff would taste SO GOOD! And it only took 1 hour at 250 degrees. Looking at Gypsy's pics, leaves me feeling a bit, well, unfulfilled. I gotta get creative.
Gypsy, looks like you combined a couple fatties together and then stuffed it? What do you put in there (if you don't mind me asking)?

I like to make my Fatty's Just like a pizza.
tomato paste,onions,pepperoni,mushrooms and mozzarella cheese!

Then just roll that bad boy up and smoke it

my favorite one so far was with stuffed with some chopped up jalapeno's, chipotle cheddar cheese and regular sharp cheddar, rolled and rubbed with a cinnamon chipotle rub. It was excellent.
