Dry rubbed and bacon wrapped!

    I'm fairly new to the forum and just got my Primo XL last week. I was working from home on Friday and decided to surprise the wife with dinner - normally Friday is takeout since we are tired from the week.

    I did some ABTs (stuffed with smoked chicken, cream cheese and cheddar) and bacon wrapped / dry rubbed pork loin chops, served with garlic red potatoes, and a huckleberry lime vinaigrette salad. It's only my 4th cook, but it turned out pretty tasty. Finally starting to get the hang of temp control on the Primo.



    While I was waiting on the Primo to be delivered, I built a table for it. I wanted an extra shelf to store charcoal and smoking woods and none of the premade ones I saw had one
