DRINKING SMOKING STRAIGHT WEST COASTING!

I'm Jerry from Hawthorne CA. I LOVE ribs, tri tip, and brisket and i thought that i should learn to make my own. Iv been looking into smoking for some time now and i finally ordered a Weber smokey mountain 22". I got it from a rewards program at work and it will take a couple of weeks to get it. in the mean while iv been watching a whole lot of videos on you tube and doing some research. Im hoping to get some tips and recipes here and get a better understanding of my new smoker.

Welcome to the forum, Jerry! A lot of folks here use that cooker, so you will be in good company. I want one myself so bad it hurts, but I've been told we're out of patio space.
