Well I am getting a smaller second batch but they are starting.

Second batch is coming along pretty good.

Time to cut the second batch.
Only going to harvest the bigger ones and let the smaller ones grow some more.

I know it is hard to tell in this photo but these are baby mushrooms. Third batch starting. Was only suppose to get maybe two batches. Second batch was not a sure thing but they came in great. When these are done I will throw this into the compose pile and hopefully they take off again.

Nice work on the shrooms. What do you think they would taste like battered in cracker crumbs & flour & then fried?

I bet if them take off after you throw them outside, they will gain a better taste.
