We wanted to smoke something for supper tonight but did not have a lot of time this afternoon, so we went with quick and easy, hickory-smoked, double-thick pork chops (SPG for seasonings). The MES40 was set at 275F and they were done in about 50 minutes. Potato salad, green beans, sauteed mushrooms and 'fancy' paper plates rounded out the meal. Pics follow:
