Good looking ham. I have a list of about 6 hams im doing for the ladies at work next week. Gonna have to throw one in for myself.

Some real fine looking sannys and taters there Adam, I'd be all over that, Like! I didn't have much luck getting my SnS to go low, snake method worked better for me it both the 22 and 26er. RAY

Looks really goood!
My last smoke I switched to Kingsford briquettes. And I used the slow n sear.
Some thing is up with royal Oak briquettes products.
Anyways, great job!

I can't keep low temps in my kettle, either (except in winter) and gave up trying. I also like Embers.
