Saw this on Malcolm Reeds how to bbq right channel on youtube and had to try it. I didn't have the raspberry chipotle bbq sauce he used to make a glaze so I did my own version. Put the ham (spiral cut ham fulled cooked already) on the smoker at 275deg for about 2 hours then glazed for 30 more mins. Used cherry wood for smoke. For my glaze I warmed apricot preserves in a saucepan until it was liquid and mixed in some peach bbq sauce, simmered for 5 min and kept warm until ready to use the glaze. Turned out really good I will definitely do this cook again, the wife made a green bean casserole and homemade mac n cheese with tomatos for sides.

Thats a great looking meal! Love everything about that plate. Nicely done! Malcolm Reed has some great recipes on his site. Just recently watched him do a crawlfish boil that looks awesome.

Beautiful looking meal. We love the double smoked spiral hams. Just wait until you throw some of that ham in a pot of beans. Slap yo mama good!

Very nice.
