guidance...I have a True 23f (single door freezer) that I want to turn into a smoker. After reading the previous post it looks like I have to remove the insulation. I do not know where to begin...can someone provide me with assistance.

Working on a double door and a triple door, will be a few more weeks before I get around to insulation and welding the guts back in it.
