I used to watch this couple's youtube channel a few years ago. Seems youtube has been good to them. Back then they lived in a hobbit house but seems they have upgraded or I missed something over the years of not watching them.
Any ways I watched this video and really liked the idea of the underground smoker\cooker. Seems pretty easy to make.

Pretty cool video. And those ribs and plate looked darn good. Of course I thought the bird and cat were funny. The bird had absolutely no fear of the cat.
