DO Cook Book?

Has anyone purchased a good detailed DO cookbook that uses charcoal and also wood embers from your campfire? I have tried to use campfire embers a few times but either undercooked or burned my food.

Not sure this will help , but you might find it interesting . Google Townsend 18th century dutch oven cooking .
