Dirty rice

Went out to my folks and spent the day with them in the country. My dad was telling me that Popeye's Chicken was doing away with their dirty rice on their menu. Was wondering if anyone had a recipe that would be close to Popeyes.

Really the only thing you need is the fried chicken livers, all the crunchy bits from these are what makes the rice "Dirty".
This recipe is definitley not Popeye's, and it's kind'a extravagant in it's ingredients, but damn is it tasty!
