Hmmm, dry, consistency of cardboard, yumm!

Well at least the veggies and taters were homemade... I hate it when work gets in the way of a good home smoked meal!!!

That is too funny!!!
When I read the title I was really wondering how you were going to do it on a Mini, but now I see!!!

Very informative tutorial, Sailor!!

Been there, done that...I guess we've all had to eat cardboard time to time. Now what would the world be like if you had delicious, smoky, homemade goodness at EVERY meal???

Yep no Mini-WSM tonight! My boys were like, umm dad this chicken sucks! I was like well you still have to clear your plates to get desert! They ate the veggies before the chicken

OMG!  I can just see the faces of the kids.  Most of the "store bought" chickens I have gotten are so greasy it makes you sick.  Bless their hearts!  AND...you won't live this one down either!

No self respecting mini pitmaster would get a store bought chicken....NO EXCUSES!

Keith it happens to the best of us. Blind sided and the next thing you know your walking out of a KFC with a bucket in your hands!!!

Oh goodness, I read the title and thought now he's come up with a surefire way to have great tasting chicken...wow was I surprised. LOL

Yes life does get in the way sometimes. Better get some pulled pork, brisket etc smoked up and frozen for those quick meals!!!!

I usually do have plenty of leftovers, but this week has been crazy busy! There are twice bakers, pulled pork and a variety of other things in the freezer. I was just to burnt out to thaw anything out! I do have a tri tip thawing for tomorrows smoke though!
