I'm new to the forum, but it looks like there's a ton of available knowledge here.  I recently bought an Oklahoma Joe's Highlander Offset Smoker, and knew I would be doing a few mods right off the bat.  I did a stock trial run just to see where the leaks were and how large of a variation there was in temperature throughout the cooking chamber. Needless to say, there was quite a lot of difference and leaks. As I began to research heat distribution methods, I ran across Reverse Flow Smoking. The work won't cost me anything, but I still was wondering if it would be worth converting. Has anybody done a project like this? Any suggestions?
