Dino Ribs

Hey Guys,

I recently did some work for the rancher I buy my meat from. He gave me a Bronto beef rib as a thank you.
I have no idea how to smoke it since it’s a single bone

any suggestions?

Smoke it low and slow, 225, until the IT is around 200, or toothpick tender.

I ended up smoking it for 3-1/2 hours. Rushed the end a little so we could eat on time but turned out great.
