Digital MES 30"

Im excited to be joining this forum. I love learning as much as I can so that I can be the best cook that I can, and whats better than smoked meat?? Im in Georgia, and Just decided to switch from a propane smoker to a Digital MES 30". I got it two days ago, and I have a butt with mustard and my own rub recipe that is almost done! Cant wait!

Welcome!! I'm a bit of a newbie here myself... But have found some info here to be PRICELESS!! Post a pic of your finished product please! Do you finish with a vinegar, mustard, or tomato based sauce? Bein' a GA peach, can I guess mustard base?
