Well I was digging for treasure in our chest freezer for the long weekend, I found a nice butt and some single serving vac packs of pp. so being alone for dinner tonight pp it is! Roasted up some redskin taters nice and golden while the pork simmered away.

Then I added cheese, four cheddar blend, the pp and green onions. I ate off the foil to keep my paper plate clean as I'm not doing the dishes.

Looks like a tasty bachelor's dinner. Beats the hell out of a Tombstone pizza!
Thumbs Up

Thanks SmokeyMose, it sure did beat a frozen pizza, not that it's hard.

I am right there with you brother, wifey is out of town all week, just me, the cats and dog.

Last night it was Subway, tonight I am thinking canned clam chowder.

BUT Tomorrow... Blackened Rib Eye on the Griswold.

That PP concoction you've got going looks amazing... Find china to boot!

Thanks redheelerdog, your suffering will be paying off nicely! After your last blackened post I decided I'm going to attempt a rotisserie version with a Tri tip some day it should work out well with a nice butter bath as it spins. Unfortunately I need to wait and plan it out as the wife can't stand the heat.:wife:

Actually, a few weeks ago I took a basic Tombstone, sliced up some Andouille to cover and added a layer of smoked Mozzarella, cooked on a stone and it wasn't shabby.
I like your idea better, though [emoji]128522[/emoji].

Wicked good looking meal.

I did the fine china thing many a time,

danged if I was washing dishes.
