Well I bought a Costco membership because they carry Prime packers at a great price. Problem is last two times I went there there weren't any. Not wanting to waste the trip I got a pack of ribs. Seasoned one rack with Tradewest Mesquite seasoning the other with Plowboys yardbird. Then I tossed them on the spit fired up the kettle with kbb, cherry and pecan. These got a lot of initial heat as I forgot my newer chimney holds more coals then the old one that recently fell apart and I just spread the extra coals directly under the ribs. This pick is about 30 minutes in.

Too bad about the packer, but the ribs sure look good!

Thanks Al,high heat and rotisserie you can get nice crisp to them. I'm thinking of trying bacon on a stick this way sometime as they kind of taste that way especially with higher heat like this batch.

I am yet o spin any ribs, but all of you are getting me close to convinced!

I'm liking the aspect of the crisp exterior!

Bacon on a stick, spun? Oh heck yeah!
