I had a 4+lb pork loin. Figured 3-4 hrs to get to 145 temp at 225 degrees. took about 2 hours. Also cooked beef sirloin tip 2.5 lbs figured 2.5-4 hrs only took 1 hr. Checked temp with 2 thermometers. what’s the deal? hope they are finished. Getting ready to eat in the next hour. Will let you know more,

The sirloin matches my experience depending on thickness. A london broil type roast usually takes 1-1.5hrs for me. Never cooked a whole pork loin...
