did my 1st ribs! and did some smoked pork tenderloin chops too!

I did it!  I used the rub recipe and it was easy!  Even made the BBQ Sauce and it was wonder on the pork loin chops. The ribs were my 1st EVER!  They were absolutely wonderful! My smoker worked like a charm too.  Have named her "Elvira"!  She was easy to set up and just smoked away!  I want to do a chicken and a turkey breast next!
