Did a low and slow/hot and fast butt

Yesterday I decided to do a pork shoulder I got on sale on my WSM. Well I woke up later than I have in years and was t able to get it on until 9:30. Rushed to get everything together and decided I’ll run it low and slow then at 150 crank up the heat. I cooked it around 240*-250* and about 5 hours in I cranked it up and wrapped it at around 155*. Ended up turning out pretty good. About the same as 10+ hours at 225 but kind of took the fun out of it. Here are some pics of it prepped and on the grill and finished. Happy Sunday!
