Got back home before noon, unpacked and started processing some meat.
Stopped to make a late lunch of tenderloins.
My favorite recipe.
Season a cast iron skillet with bacon grease, onion and garlic, added some green peppers.
Heavily seasoned tenderloins and some backstraps trimmings.
