Feels like we never get these sales here.
I haven't seen that price here in quite awhile. My plan is corned beef for one with half of it being pastrami. The other may end up in burger eventually, who knows...

Buy one get one baby back ribs.
Buy one get one bacon.
$9.99/ lb ny strip steaks.

I also got the buy one get one fried mushrooms.

I was making our list for a Kroger run tomorrow and saw we have the $2.99 sale on Brisket here, with a limit of 2.

With the photos Gonna Smoke posted, they may be "no roll" brisket. No Roll is an ungraded brisket, butt, rib roast, etc... I know Restaurant Depot sells "no roll" products for about 1/3 to 1/2 of the graded. They are still USDA inspected, just not certified as Choice, Select, Prime. Apparently it costs money to have that inspection done. Same meat, same farm, and same brand, just didn't pay for the extra inspection and a "grade".

This is from my weekly ad. Not a coupon so the zip code hack will probably not work, just need the card for the discount.

Our Kroger not have that sale. In fact no decent sales here in. We used to have the best sales here in North Texas. What a zip code with sale? Might try @tallbm trick and see f it works.

Edit. Found ad for SC and see that not a digital coupon so wont work. I miss our sales!

When I got into the smoking life, about 15 years ago, I could pick up an ungraded brisket at Cash & Carry (restaurant supply store) for $1.49 lb. Hurts to think that prices have quadrupled since then.

I remember that too and butts were 89 or 99 cents a lb and sometimes you could find them on sale for 68 cents a lb. I also remember buying pork bellies by the case from a friends dad that worked in food sales and service to commercial type people. I know one time when I bout it it was 1.27 dollars a lb but had to buy by the case. I bought around 400 lbs and several other members and I made bacon all had a good supply after that one.
Boy have times changed and the friend moved away that was my hook up and we don't find good says very often at all

Not food related but DJI has a drone that does 4K cinema and pics for $150. You control it with an app via your phone.

Great early Christmas presents for the kids or birthday presents.

I hadn't heard that. My favorite mid-height hikers are Eddie Bauer. I may need to look for a backup pair if they are still in retail channels...one of my retirement goals is to wear out as many pairs of hiking boots as possible!
I LOVE my Merrell's!!! They are like having pillows strapped to your feet and no break in period required.

My low hikers are Merrells. They’re great! My high, heavy leather hikers are Vasques. Amazing boots.

The Idaho backcountry requires a quiver of boots.

Please don't ask me how many boots I have....... Mrs C reminds me she has free rain to buy what every shoes (boots) she wants cause she is just tying to keep up.......Oh and the official high heel shoe of Idaho is a BOOT!

I've been wearing O'Boz shoes for several years now. Company is based out of Bozeman, MT but the shoes are made overseas. Very comfortable and they wear fairly well. The sole rubber is not super hard which makes for a good off-pavement shoe, but they only last ~1 year for me when worn on pavement daily. But, I'm 6'4 250lb so harder on shoes than some.
