Hannafords, Price Chopper and Shaws rule the roost up here.

Publix is doing whole choice for$3.99/ cut and wrapped to your request. the last time i did this it was cut, not well, but i had a point and a flat.

Supposed to be a decent snow storm on Saturday so picked up a 9ish pound brisket at Sam's. $4,29/lb, I did it anyways since I got nothing else to do. Should be fun. As far as this "storm" they are saying maybe 6-10 inches... yawn.

I made the trek to Kroger today just to get a brisket. I picked out the biggest one that seemed to have the least amount of fat...17.74 lbs. Total cost was $53. Probably will grind most of it into burger.

But while I was there, might as well look around just to see and what did I find? Half boneless pork loins for $1.49/lb.

I had to go back and look at the ad and this an was unadvertised deal. They don't get much cheaper and I bought 3, but they had a counter full all about this size...
