When I search for brisket at my local store online it returns 2.8 lb seasoned briskets for $12.49/lb or corned beef briskets for $6.99/lb.

my deal of the week was 3 pork bellies on clearance @2.99 lb. 1 will be burnt ends this weekend, 2 into the freezer for when I have time and energy for bacon!

Best 50 bucks I've spent in weeks!

Finally had a sale on more than one item.Pork spares $2.99/lb,wings $1.99/lb and both flank and picahna(rare find here) for $8.99/lb.Went 3 each of the ribs and wings and 2 each on the beef.

They are advertised as USDA Choice, but when I got them home, the cry-o-vac was not labeled as Choice or Prime, only Inspected, so that means they are Select grade. But I'm not going back to complain...

This is the only thing printed on the cry-o-vac. It these were Choice, that would be printed in blue ink, Prime would be red ink...

No Krogers down here. our Publix is $5.99/lb for whole. I've seen $3.99 once or twice a year. Best we got is $1.99 St Louis slabs on Winn Dixie weekend. They're closing W/D's left and right down here
