Cutting board tells the story

So going a little backwards on this but when a cutting board looks like this I have always enjoyed.

All it took to get this tri tip story started was wife and daughter going to in laws for the evening and trip to the store

Nice job on that TT Phat, my mom would put a slice of white bread on the cutting board after slicing up a steak to soak up all the juices. She always gave it me and we called it blood bread. I still enjoy doing that to this day.

I have done the same off of the serving platter for steaks. I call "sop" and real good with buttery garlic bread.
Man that thing looks great! Nice cook. What kind of grill is that you have?
Lodge brand. All cast iron, really good for one or two people.

Only question, did you lick the cutting board? Now that is when you know you have nailed it...lol
