Hi all,
New to posting so I don't know if it's been covered before.
I am in the UK and therefore I have a small problem with the names of joints being called something else over here, anyone got an idea how I can understand what's what.

Rustynuts, do you want to know about specific animal, pork or beef...other?  My recommendation would be to find an internet picture of the pig or cattle that has the meat cuts laid out on it like a puzzle or a map.  Each puzzle piece will name the cut of meat.
