I am selling my smoker. It was custom built for me about 15 years ago. It is a great smoker. I wish I didn't need to sell it. The fire box is an old Ashley wood burning stove. It will hold temp within 5 degrees for 2-3 hours with no adjustments. Many dampers on the box as well as into the barrel. The firebox has a sliding lid to make ash clean up easy. It also has a sliding arm for a fish fryer or fajita cooker. 1 1/8 inch ball. My name is on a plate on the side but that can be removed. I live in the Dallas Area.
