Curly ribs????

Maybe that was the name of the pig they came from..............never heard of them otherwise.
 
After a quick search, there is a Curly's BBQ in Seaside, CA.....and Sam's website shows a Curly's babyback ribs, but I think they are already smoked....

Seems to me they are baby backs, just maybe trimmed up a bit differently to give them more meat.  A win, win situation.

I see curly's bbq products at the supermarket here....all pre cooked stuff. Pulled pork , chicken and beef.....baked beans and the like.they also have something called the bucket o ribs (which I have not tried) their stuff's not horrible , but it's not as good as we all can make . :grilling_smilie:
