Curing for pork neck bones.....Cure 1 or brine

When ever you smoke meats, cure#1 should be used... If you want to insure the meat is moist and add additional flavor, brine with the cure in it....

Thanks. I am aware of the cure but wasn’t sure if brining was necessary or if the standard cure was sufficient. Thanks again.
