I still had some leftover pulled pork so I decided to make a sandwich.  I fired up the kettle, put the cast iron grill and panini press on to heat up, and built a cuban panini with the pulled pork, a slice of ham and provilone cheese, pickles and mustard. A few minutes later I had toasty goodness!

OK they are working now. That looks really good!! Interesting press I've never seen one like that, where did you get it?
