Smoked some CSR that I picked up from Costco and had rubbed with Kinder's Brown Sugar rub. Had them on my MES with hickory chips for about 4 hours, pulled them at roughly 140 degrees, then sauced and finished on the grill. Also did a side of Wicked Baked Beans, which by the way, are amazing.
Everything turned out better than good. Sorry for the lack of an 'after shot', but we were all too hungry by that point.
