Sounds great!
There are some soups like that. Add chopped kale.. use small pasta or rice ... vegetable or chicken stock and it's an Italian soup. Seasoned like you have and kale for a Spanish soup.

Thanks, the smoke on the pork gave it a nice color. My wife gets all the credit for this one. I just smoked the meat. I appreciate the kind words.
