See ya in the morning.

Here is the recipe. Im sure you can double this for larger families.

Ingredients
2 lbs skinless, boneless chicken breasts (I used 3)
1 bottle or can of your favorite beer (I used Bud Black Crown)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 T dried oregano
1/2 tsp black pepper

I added 1/4 t cumin and 1/8 t thyme

Instructions
1.Place all ingredients in the crock pot, and cook on high for 4-5 hrs, or low for 6-8 hrs.
2.Feel free to change out the spices and herbs and use whatever you’d like.

Cooking time: 6 hour(s) +

Making some rice in the morning.

That looks and sounds great!  Looking forward to seeing how it turns out...

:drool. Man , that looks tasty. My wife is not a fan at all of anything cooked in beer , but I would totally chow up some of that. Nice work.:grilling_smilie:

It's not "beer", it's "marinade" and becomes "sauce"......

Looks pretty tasty and real easy (I love easy, especially since I'm not retired anymore and drive 1 hour each way).
