Cream based chicken wild rice soup

not trying to take credit or anything for this guy, but when the craving hits for a chicken wild rice, this is a go to recipe.
When I'm in a hurry I use a store bought rotisserie chicken from Costco, cook down the rice and vegetables and have a delicious dinner.
I know it's more of a winter time meal for me. But save this page for December!

I always brake a fresh loaf of sourdough to go with!

We do soups year round. When it's hot outside I'll eat the leftovers cold or just warmed enough to take the chill off. This one sounds great.
