It's hot! So hot that I could cook this bird in the smoker without turning it on! Well almost. Today I spatched a whole bird actually took out all the bones except the wing bones, thigh bones and legs. We're calling this crash and burn because I'm using this bashed up bird and tumbled marinating it in the meat tumbler!
