Finally almost settled into the new house so I decided it was time to fire up the smoker.
Smoker getting to temp. Who knew it was still dark at 6:30 am.... :emoji_sunglasses: Also foggy.

Ribs salt and peppered last night and they slept in the fridge until this morning.

Looks like you got a game plan.
I’m doing dino ribs today too.
Time to get my Weber Kettle fired up. And its still dark here too at 7:20am
 
In for the ride also, dark here in Iowa at 7:30 am plus we have an inch of fresh snow.
That's a good looking smoker I've never seen a T&K before.
 
Smoking before daylight? I'd have been camped out at your house this morning if I lived in your neighborhood, Mike!!
 
Beans prepped..... Yes, I could have used a smaller pan. But I have these and I figure it will get more smoke on the beans when they are spread out. :emoji_wink:

Dang what a way to start off a Sunday morning In a new house! Nice smoker too! Looking forward to the finish!
 
That's the pic I wanted! Looks mouth watering... sure glad I'm having some for supper as well!
Probably 2 inches of snow here but mostly gone now.

Now that looks delicious! I smoked dino ribs for the first time recently and wow are they awesome! Breaking in the new smoker right.....very nice, and congrats on the carousel ride...
