CPB Dino ribs

Finally almost settled into the new house so I decided it was time to fire up the smoker.
Smoker getting to temp. Who knew it was still dark at 6:30 am.... Also foggy.

Ribs salt and peppered last night and they slept in the fridge until this morning.

Gonna make a double order of Dutch 's wicked beans. Bacon not pictured .

Ribs on @ 7:30... Back later with updates.,. Happy Sunday !!

That's a good looking smoker I've never seen a T&K before.

Beans prepped..... Yes, I could have used a smaller pan. But I have these and I figure it will get more smoke on the beans when they are spread out.

Now that looks delicious! I smoked dino ribs for the first time recently and wow are they awesome! Breaking in the new smoker right.....very nice, and congrats on the carousel ride...
