did a couple racks of baby backs the other day, and just getting around to posting... rubbed them down with cowboy rub, and let the smoker have her way with them... turnout was phenomenal...and the pitmasters choice pellets are the bees knees, couldnt get over the flavor of that smoke. enjoi i know we did
