Thanks for showing. Outta be good. Got a fryer like that. Never done sausage like that yet. Got plenty of places to get homemade, little women frowns eating too much sausage.:emoji_disappointed:

As always, great looking stuff Bear and fantastic step by step. Love the idea of the sauce and peppers. I may have to play around and create something interesting. I simply LOVE a good sausage sammie, that's for sure!! Recently I made some meatballs from all homemade Italian sausage, my spicy marinara, and did some sammies with that which were really good!! I keep wanting to post them but other stuff keeps coming up and I don't get that one done.

You sir are however a deviant man....but in a very good way :emoji_laughing: After reading one of your previous posts singing the praises about the 360 Air Fryer, i did a bit of reading and ordered mine last weekend. It'll be here in a couple days and I can't wait. Of course Tracy saw the charge show up on the CC statement and asked "So....what the Hell did you buy this time". I'd already greased the skids for this one so it wasn't a total surprise, except she had no idea the cost. She had the $89 price in her mind we paid for the current air fryer. Oh well, she didn't say "no" so I ordered it :emoji_wink:

As you know it is easier to ask for forgiveness than to ask for permission. :emoji_laughing:

Thank You Robert!
We really like "Tallarico's" Steak Sandwich Sauce, "Hoagie Hot Pepper Spread", and "Peppers in Sauce". Out of all their sauces, those are our favorites.

When you get it, you can probably save some learning time, if you go to my "Step by Steps" Index. and scroll down to "Air Fryer 360", and check some of my selections. I posted which Temp settings & Times worked best for some cooks I've experimented with.
And Thanks for the Like.

Air Fryer is by far the best way I've found to make sausage, short of maybe long time smoking.
Here's a couple from my smaller original AirFryer:
Sausage & Peppers
Fresh Sausage

Thank You Ray!!
I think you'll like it.
So far I've been experimenting & gettin the times & temps figured out & figuring out what settings to use. When the weather gets more uncomfortable, I plan on using my indoor toys more often.

Nice sausage sammy. So nice that i cracked under pressure and bought a 360 tonight. I need a bigger 5th wheel.

You won't be disappointed. I haven't really cooked anything yet but this is a really ice unit with versatility that goes way beyond the older style air fryers. Had some friends over for Dino rib dinner yesterday and after I got the ribs on the cooker decided that some pizzas with white sauce were in my near future so made up some "sun dried" tomatoes in the air fryer. Took a bunch of Roma tomatoes, sliced lengthwise into quarters, sprinkled with a bit if Tuscan seasoning and into the air fryer. These are absolutely fantastic!! Tracy said we spent more on electricity drying them than it'd cost just to go buy them, but I don't care. It's just not the same as doing them yourself.

I'm gonna love this thing!!

Your the Bear and inspire us all.

I might turn out some decent stuff once in a while but doubt seriously I'll put together anything that makes you look bad.

I'm pretty much strictly a Basics kind of a Guy.
I wouldn't know one seasoning from another, unless it's written in the recipe I happen to be trying.
I use mostly store bought sauces on most things.
Most of you guys have me beat badly with actual "Cooking" abilities.
I'm just good at writing them up. LOL

My Grandmother (Dad's side) was a Great Cook. My Mother was a terrible cook.
Neither of them taught me anything, but I wasn't interested in Cooking.
My Dad taught me Carpentry instead.
So if you want a Wooden Donut, I'm your "Huckleberry".

Wal-Mart has the reg $149 now. Don't know if they carry the XL model

Yeah, I haven't seen anything about the XL, but I haven't looked either. My Kitchen electric circuits don't need anything that needs 1800 watts.
My 1500W does a Fine Job.

He did a fine job to . I have seen your work . You have a God given gift that can't be taught . You are a true craftsman .

Thank You Rich:
My Dad taught me all kinds of Carpentry, but I switched to Cabinetmaking, after Tech School.
I liked to say I don't like heights, and the Tallest Cabinet I ever made was 96", so I didn't have to climb it.
Now My Son skipped a Generation & likes climbing 300', 500', and even 1500' on his job. Go Figure!!

And Thanks for the Kind Words, Rich!!
