Country Style Ribs on the WSM 22

Man I've neglected this cooker too long. It was time to show it some love and it produced some kick but flavor. I am part of the pellet revolution but NOTHING will ever duplicate the flavor of charcoal & wood chunks & chips - todays flavors were Apple chunks with Cherry chips. When done right it's magic! Today was a good smoke.
