Cornish Hen on the offset

Made a Cornish hen on the mini offset and it turned out great! I use this little thing for lunch all the time!

Looks good, at first I thought that can't be a cornish hen must be a roasting chicken until I noticed your fingers holding the lid open realizing how small that smoker is.

Love that little smoker! Looks can be deceiving...but that's the nicest looking, huge seeming, little Cornish hen!

Thanks amigo! I enjoy using it. Got it going right now to see how long it will hold 250. It likes hot temps but will hold 250 for quite a while
