Cornish Game Hen

Hey y'all,

First post, so be gentle. Found some Cornish Game Hens for a great price, and decided they needed some smoke. Right at an hour and a half at 300°. Nice crispy skin and a nice touch from the apple wood. Brined for 2 hours and juice was jumpin out after they rested.
